Caryota mitis (Groggy Twigs)

Marlin's real name is Caryota mitis, but it's known locally as the fin or fishtail palm. When it's small, it doesn't exactly look like a palm, but this green boss can grow up to 12 meters tall in the wild! Marlin can be placed in a shady spot and enjoys consistently moist soil. So be careful: This isn't soggy, muddy soil. Flip's tip: It's better to give small amounts of water regularly rather than one big gulp.
